First Step: Student Information

Social Security Number (SSN) Information: Please provide a Social Security Number. If you have not been issued a Social Security Number, enter 999-99-9999 as a placeholder that will allow you to submit the application. Why does LTC need my SSN? LTC will use your SSN as a personal identifier in order to create your student account. If you do not provide your SSN, you will be required to show proof of identification prior to the creation of your student account. Additionally, the SSN is required to provide an annual Federal Tuition Statement (1098T)  for tax credit purposes. Not providing or delaying the SSN submission will result in delays in processing your application, student records, and student accounts.
Second Step: School/College Background





Enter year of anticipated graduation if not already graduated.


Official transcripts required before a student may enroll in an LTC course with pre-requisites.
